Bringing Our Passion for Food and Wine from Our Table to Yours

Option 1 – Make a celebration your own!

Anyone can search for recipes on-line, but how often do they have an ingredient you don't like, can't find, or is too expensive?

Meet with our chef consultant and build your recipes from the ground up! Bring in your ideas and Brian can help you change the protein, make it heart healthy, or remove an unwanted ingredient. He will build the recipes and write out the prep, timing and steps so everything comes out perfectly, at the same time. He will even make your grocery list so you are sure not to forget something! We will pick the wines that pair perfectly with the food.

We can come to your house to pour, educate, speak or just for support – or we can simply assist during the planning stages. We will make sure you have a restaurant/caterer quality meal on your table.

We can help you come up with an idea or theme for your next event with table setting help, serving help and decoration ideas. For example:

  • Murder Mystery Night
  • Tapas Party
  • Around the World Dinner Party
  • Ladies' Night

One of the things we are most excited for is Ladies' Nights. We will come to your house prepared for a cooking/wine lesson. We will walk you and your friends through the prep while you relax and enjoy wines that pair with the meal. Taste as you go! Or, we can take you through how to prepare a kid-friendly—and healthy—meal for under $10. How is that for a mom's night out?!

Option 2: Recommend and/or Work with a Caterer to Plan Your Next Event

There are many wonderful establishments in the area that let you walk in the wine – we can do the pairing for everything from a birthday party to a wedding. Or we can pair with a local full-service caterer to plan your perfect event.

Meet Our Guest Chef

Brian Manchin has been in the food business for over 20 years now.

He was trained in kitchens all over the Northeast (John Harvard's, Cheesecake Factory, Dogfish Head Brewery) and ran his own catering business. Currently, he is on the outside of the kitchen working in sales, but his job allows him to work with some of the best chefs around. It also allows him to bring his culinary expertise to us! Below is a sample menu from a wine dinner that Brian has done.
